The staff at Riverstone make you feel like family. I love it here! The office staff are amazing! Joel did a fantastic job fixing a couple issues after I moved in. He was very quick and courteous!

Joel in maintenance is polite, efficient and effective. He was very helpful, a good listener, and a pleasure to work with. My concerns were all taken care of, and I am very appreciative of his kind ways.

I was having trouble with my washer and Joel came right away, ordered a new one and installed in in less than an hour. He was courteous and friendly.

Beautiful and well cared for property. The units are kept clean on the outside and maintained well. The staff are friendly and happy to aid in any way possible. Issues within the units are handled with expert care. Pets are very much welcomed! I had my GSD there and she was happy as can be playing in the dog park! Madison and Kayla are amazing staff, thank you so much!

Joel is a great maintenance guy! Quickly installed a new ceiling fan for me in less than 15 minutes.

I requested a work order to fix something that wasn't broken. No one was upset! In fact they were understanding and incredibly gracious. I love Riverstone Apts at Long Shoals
