Within 15 minutes of putting my maintenance request in Joel was here installing a new fire alarm! Not only great customer service but super efficient!!! Thanks Joel!!!

Wow, maintenance here really rocks. Reported our washer wasn’t working correctly and it was checked out and replaced in only a few days!!! Thanks Riverstone and specifically Joel!!!

Joel did an excellent job on completing my maintenance request! Plus he was very nice and pleasant to work with.

My wife and I have lived at the Riverstone Apartments for over a year now and have no plans to leave anytime soon. We have lived in many different apartment complexes over the years and have always been of the mind that “everywhere has its issues,” but we have never had a bad word to say about this apartment community or its staff. Not only is the location beautiful, but it’s clean, quiet, and held to such a high standard by the office and maintenance team. When we first moved in it was due to a family emergency and so we were in quite a rush and couldn’t even come to see the apartment complex before move in day, but the office manager Kayla walked us through every step in the process with both kindness and efficiency so that we were approved, signed, and ready to move within two weeks. And since then she, Madisyn, and the whole office team have always been very helpful and attentive to anything we need. I also can’t finish this review without remarking about the amazing maintenance team. During our first summer here the A/C went out (as a/c units do), but thankfully it was at night so we weren’t too worse for wear. But Joel from maintenance was there first thing in the morning ready to do whatever needed to be done to get it fixed (which he did in less than an hour), and even told us he would have been happy to come fix it the night before if we had called the emergency maintenance line. We’ve had to ask Joel to fix a couple other small things for us and he’s always been on top of it and very kind and thorough with letting us know how everything works to help prevent any other issues or worries. All in all, if you’re thinking about renting here, I highly recommend it. Beautiful community, great staff, well maintained units, grounds, and amenities, and just a great place to live whether you’re alone or with family.

Joe from maintenance was quick in fixing the timer of the dryer. Saving me time in my daily chores!! He fixed the same day the work order was submitted.

I had to break in to my apartment and Kayla was wonderful in the handling of the repairs. She and Gary made having to swallow a bitter pill($540.00)go down a lot easier. Shout out to Gary who went above and beyond and walked my dog Max because he was so stressed out by the noise of the repairs! Truly a nice man in every encounter I've had with him and that was just the nicest thing ever! Thank you Gary!

Joel was amazing and always treats us / our doggy like we are family!! Joel was in and out within minutes!! Best maintenance man around!!!
